Message My experience has been the opposite with the 2 supra owners I was friends with before they bought Supras. They lamented that despite the fact that there were boatloads of products for their cars, the lion share of those companies were suspect at best, and there was less of a solid knowledge and referral base like we have in the Z32 community, primarily here at TTnet. Their forums were far more social than technical/informative/instructive....more 3ZC-ish.

Those were THEIR gripes. They envied that it was so easy for me to find info on a wide variety of topics or at least find a known reliable contact to get answers maybe not expressly documented here or elsewhere on the web.
Not to mention as bad as Nissan NA is in supporting the enthusiast. Toyota is even worse.

Admittedly it has been many years since then and a lot can change in a few years, I need look no further than the Z32 world to know this.

I personally have been blown away by the developments for a car that can be bought in decent shape for 7k.

What exactly is it that you want to do with your TT that you can't? I don't understand. I mean the chassis itself has its limitations, you are never going to compete at top professional levels of roadcourse racing with modern chassis, but as for drag-racing, the sky is the limit...and you are getting a monetary head-start with such a low price of admission
